The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs / Social Protection Commission has received Grant from the World Bank toward the cost of the Iraq Social Safety Net Enhancement Project (SSNSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Development of the MOLSA Social Registry System "For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing,
The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs now invites sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers for The MIS Design and Development component aims to create a new SR MIS MOLSA. Additionally, the objective includes enabling the SR MIS MOLSA to improve fairness, accuracy, and efficiency in delivering government assistance and social services
The request for proposals document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100, 000 (One Hundred thousands) Iraqi Dinars. The method of payment will be in Cash. The document will be sent by direct handing over.
All Proposals must be accompanied by a "Proposal Security" of 7, 000, 000 Iraqi Dinars valid to 05-11-2026 in the name of Proposer (in case of JV the Proposal Security should be in the name of all JV partners) in favor of. Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs / Social Protection Commission.
A pre-Proposal meeting for interested eligible Proposers will be held on Wednesday, 10-06-2026, at 10:00 AM Baghdad Local Time at the address in item 11. |
