Brief Scope of Works:
The Bidder's Scope of Work shall include, but not necessarily limited to, the following:
• General cleaning and housekeeping for the specified process and non-process areas within Garraf Contract Area (GCA). This scope includes domestic waste and sewerage system cleaning, as well as disinfection and pest control services.
• Building maintenance and repair services which include civil, mechanical, piping and plumbing, electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Landscaping and gardening services.
• Provide all supervision, procedures, manpower, materials, equipment, temporary construction aids, tools and consumables including logistics necessary to perform the Scope of Work. |
